Acts 8:14-17
Confirmation is a sacrament practiced in the Anglican Church. It means strengthening or deepening one’s relationship with God. Confirmation bestows full membership in a local congregation and comes after a person is baptized.
When a baptized member attains the age of 13 years they become eligible for confirmation. Our confirmation classes (catechism classes) take place two times in a week through an interactive, intensive learning program.
To start your Confirmation classes You must be baptized.
This is because confirmation is seen as a deepening of the baptismal promises made at an earlier age.
You must be between the ages of 13 and above
Participants are expected to demonstrate a commitment to the Anglican faith and a desire to live a life guided by Christian values.
